You're probably the one in charge of your brand's marketing, and you probably also write the posts, make the ads, keep an eye on the numbers, and answer whenever someone asks how Instagram is doing. Your to-do list keeps growing. Clarvos was built for marketers in that position, and it helps through something we call agent crews.

What an agent crew is

An agent crew is a group of AI helpers, called agents, that work together toward one goal, such as setting up your brand or producing a batch of ads. Each agent has one specific job, and a coordinator makes sure they work in the right order. Every agent works from the same up-to-date picture of your brand, so you explain your brand once and every agent uses that picture from then on.

You stay in charge the whole time. Nothing spends your money, publishes an ad, or changes your accounts until you approve it.

Getting started: the Onboarding Crew

Setting up a new marketing tool usually eats your first few weeks. On Clarvos, the Onboarding Crew handles that setup with sixteen agents that:

  • Learn your brand. They write your brand story, sharpen how you stand apart from competitors, organize your products, and gather your logo, colors, and brand voice.
  • Study your market. They look at your competitors, check what people search for about your brand, and find the customer groups most likely to buy from you.
  • Get you ready to launch. They connect your Facebook and Instagram ad accounts, set your campaign goals, and create your first ready-to-run ad.

The Clarvos Agent is available the whole way through to answer questions or make changes whenever you ask.

Making ads: the Creatives Generation Crew

Once your brand is set up, the Creatives Generation Crew makes ads that look and sound like you. One agent comes up with the idea and the message, another creates three image options, and then a series of checks reviews each option before you ever see it:

  • A quality check confirms the text reads correctly, the layout works, and your product looks right.
  • A placement check keeps your text and logo out of the areas where Facebook and Instagram cover or crop part of the image.
  • A cleanup check catches garbled words, stray borders, and missing logos.
  • A panel of simulated customers rates how engaging the ad is, and any ad that scores too low goes back to be reworked.

Approved ads are automatically resized for the different spots where they'll appear.

If you'd prefer to talk it through, the Clarvos Creatives Agent lets you describe what you want and refine it in a simple back-and-forth conversation.

The crew also makes short videos in the casual, filmed-on-a-phone style that performs well on social. You can read the script and shot list and make changes before anything is created, and you can update the dialogue later without starting the video over.

What this means for your week

The research, setup, and first drafts that used to fill your calendar now happen in the background while you track progress. Your brand gets set up once and stays set up, and every ad goes through quality checks before it reaches you. That leaves your time for the decisions that need your judgment.

Coming soon

Three more crews are in development. They'll help you plan and manage campaigns, publish to more places such as TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and YouTube, and show you what's working, with clear suggestions for where to spend next.
